All sales on our website or in person at demonstration events, etc., are considered final. Unless otherwise specified in an item listing or arranged by written agreement, items may not be returned for any reason other than defect or error in order processing or shipping. Items that are processed or shipped in error shall be eligible for exchange or return only if original packaging remains intact and the item is in new condition.
In case of defect, items that carry a manufacturer's warranty must be returned to the respective manufacturer per their instructions, unless otherwise arranged in writing with bimmertools.com.
In case of damage during shipping, a claim will be filed with the respective carrier. Customer MUST maintain all evidence of damage, including but not limited to all packaging and packing material, damaged items, and any other examples that the carrier may use to determine cause or settle the claim. The customer agrees to accept the decision and action of the respective carrier. Failure to cooperate with requests and policies of the carrier shall constitute acceptance of the goods as-is with no further liability held by bimmertools.com or our shipping providers.
Items returned to bimmertools without authorization will be refused.
